I removed the front end off my truck today and found the floor rusted through at the lower mount for the inner fender. Can this be patched or should I cut to the chase and replace the entire firewall? Passenger inner fender mount

I think you need to evaluate and plan for replacing the floor/toeboard and the lower cowl, both inner and outer. Does the DS look the same? This is a very common problem with all of the AD series. Driver side is very similar all 3 inner fender mount bolts broke during disassemble as well.
