I just had a Carter YF2100s with Manuel choke rebuilt by national carbs. I need a pic of how the choke and throttle cable is suppose to be hooked up. Also what do you recommend to cut the cable with to get more cable instead of sheathing?

The cables are routed to where they pull/push...
On tractors it's called rear pull choke, sometimes, but have you tried the search function on here? Tons of engine photos in the gallery, as well.
Cutting a wound choke cable- metal wrapped? Carefully with a small pipe cutter used for fuel lines. A lot depends on the cable material...

I just had this carb rebuilt and I bolted it up today and hooked up the Manuel choke and she won't run. I pull the choke cable all the way and she runs for about 3 seconds and shuts off.
