This morning I have the pleasure of riding shotgun with the Prez.
What wrong with the Greenmachine? Absolutely nothing. It's resting at the President's home so Cosmo and I can chat.
We have just arrived. They have done a great job sprucing the place up.

We were lucky enough to meet one of the owners of DB as we were the first to order beers @ 1130 hours! Nice guy only he didn't know what make his 'old truck at home' was? The venue has changed significantly... there is no direct access road to the front of the main building it is now occupied by a large open air pavillion bar, large shaded food beer picnic table area, food walk-up-and-order building and do you recall the Train Station looking building located 50 or so yards from where we usually line up our trucks? It was moved to the compound that now forms the 'Outdoor Area' and it's function is Retail/ Administration?, don't know. Y'all will like the changes, makes for easier beer consumption and the outdoor visuals are outstanding, I'm talking about the twin peaks to the West, oh I see what I've done there...The main building where we ate was closed and in some sort of reconfiguration they also have plans for another new building close by the main building, a Distillery for making whiskey!
We were all in great spirits as it was a beautiful day with great company and of course outstanding scenery! Looking forward to October!!!

Let's all throw some weekends in October up there and see what sticks.
Any weekends people can't make?
FWIW, there is camping, the caveat is: the unit must be self contained (have a you-know-what). By his own admission the part owner we talked to said these are loose and fast rules. I'll have to talk to my DBAT brothers for clarification on this.

But the camping i saw one weekend diving by was really packed into the field. I think if we pick a weekend without a major concert planned there will be fewer campers and thus more relaxed rules. That said, as I remember winchester, there are lots of port a johns, not so at the DB.
