The silica driers are intended for painting. A centrifugal air separator is adequate for sandblasting. It will be more effective if you coil a hose through a 5 gallon bucket of cold water before it gets to the separator, since it helps the moisture condense out of the air.
Also,
You can reuse silica pellets by baking them on an old cookie sheet in a low temperature oven (about 180 degrees) until they turn from blue to white again.
