I have a 53 Chevy truck and I installed the cab but I didn't notice if there is any forward or aft adjustments on the cab . Can the cab moved front or back some or does it sit in one spot . Kinda worried when I put the bed on if it he bed wall will be to close to the cab ?

It really does not have that adjustment by factory design. I would have to go measure the distance but there is enough if both are mounted correctly they do not make contact.

Well when I drop the cab the bolts had to be perfectly lined up didn't seem like there was no movement in either direction . Just seems like the holes in the frame for the bed seem close to cab .

Sal,
My cab and bed with all original rebuilt mounts measures 1-3/16" at the narrowest point (middle of cab). I have never had the two surfaces contact.
