Hi, I bought new rubber boot and pedals and starter boot from:

But the e-brake rubber boot I got was for 1/2 ton.
Not for a 2 ton big floor handle.
I have searched all over and can't find a suitable one.
Anyone who has a partnumber I can search for ?

I looked, and could not find one for my 47 1.5 ton. I made a flat aluminium plate that fits as tight as possible around the lever and release rod, and placed it under the carpet so it slides back and forth with the lever. It works well as a seal and doesnt interfere. I cut a slit in the carpet just big enough for the lever and its movement.

That part is not being reproduced...I've talked to vendors about having it made, but there isn't enough demand to justify the cost.

Okay then... will just have to use a piece of leather and squeeze it under the metal frame on the floor, and then use a shoestring around the lever. That will do the trick.

You might try a leather (hot rod) gear shift boot and invert it on the brake lever so it hangs below the floor. That way you won't see it and it will have enough travel/flexibility and not tear. Just a thought...
