I've got two Rochester carburetors on my truck and both are leaking where the fuel lines tie into the carburetor. They are not bad leaks, but I'm afraid to tighten the fuel line too tight for fear of breaking or cracking the top of the carburetor at that point.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you fix it? Is there a product that can be used a sealant for this problem?
Thanks!

Be sure the flare on the line is not out of shape or the mating flare in the receiving piece. I find on some, I have to grease the back side of the line flare and the fitting on the line to get them just a bit tighter. It seems, to me anyway, the line and fitting bind up just when you are about there.
