1. did some 58s still have a wood cargo box floor or were all now metal box floor, and
2. could some be ordered with chrome grille & bumpers or did the factory offer that trim only on the (final year) Cameo?

The chrome grille and bumpers could not only be had on any pickup, but were also separate options. So one could easily have a truck with a chrome grille and painted bumpers, or vice-versa.
