darn near impossible.

The window mechanism, upper door frame, internal braces, inner and outer doorskins will all have to be removed and completely refabricated to allow this to happen. Then you will need to find a set of earlier inner window frames to cover the hacker scars. You will have an easier time of it if you pick up a pair of early AD (47-50) doors that never had wingvents and shave the doorhandles.

Nope, I love my wing windows and use them all the time for ventilation. However, when I got the truck they were rusted solid and leaked around the clouded/broken glass. I looked into the same idea and decided it was cheaper and more utilitarian to buy a set of vent frames from a boneyard and build new wing assemblies.
