It will, you may need to retrofit a bit... It may look funny coming down the road. Got 2 fenders?

I like the look of the 58-59 headlights but the truck I'm looking at is a 56. Don't have a stove bolt yet but I hope to soon. I'm a chevelle guy

The technical name for the piece that runs between the front fenders that the grill bolts onto and ties the front sheet metal pieces together eludes me....
But I'd look for one while looking for fenders as the 'fit' at the top where they met could well be different, IDNK from experience just a heads up of likely area of concern.

If there was an issue you could easily make your own patch panels and weld them into the 56 if need be.

Thanks for the heads-up CASO. The truck I'm looking at, that piece you're talking about is in rough shape so it we decided to try the later-style front fenders I wouldn't be worried about having to modify or fabricate that piece.

I have a 59. Quick answer is yes they will fit. but.... you will need 2 fenders inner pannels , a hood , the cross piece behind the grill and a grill . headlite buckets and bezel and maybe a radiator support. I would look for a 58-59 they are around and they look much better than the one headlite ones.

Whoa! there partner. The Tri Five Trucks and Cars are THE best looking. Single Frenched headlights. chug I like the dual also but a bit google eyed on TF trucks.

I don't know, Bartamos...I'm with 59chevy36 when referring to the 58/59 he says, "they look much better than the one headlight ones." Guess that's why they make vanilla AND chocolate; everybody has different tastes. (55-7 look pretty good, too).

Thanks for the input guys. Pulled the trigger on the 56 I was looking at. The single headlight look is growing on me. But If I ever get another it will be 58-59. The dual headlight does look better imo but the wife likes this 56. I get a new project AND the wife is on board? Win-win haha

I'm going to have to side with bartamos, since I have two of them.
