Good day all. I'm just getting back on my truck after a long pause. It's a 51 1/2 ton. I need to know what the 2 bolt holes are in the firewall toward the top just to the right (looking from the front)of the 2 holes that attach the vent opener bracket. Also, it's between the vent bracket and the speedo grommet hole. I'm welding up none used holes, and just can't figure out what these are for, and if I'll be reusing them. This is my 4th AD truck, but my first one in 10 years or so. Thanks in advance.

Here is a picture of my 51 1/2 ton firewall.

Other than the windshield washer accessory with bottle and pump, I think you can see the holes for wiring, wiring clips and firewall pad clips. Does this help you?

Thanks for responding, and for sending the picture. The holes I'm talking about are the 2 in your picture just above, and to the left of your voltage regulator.

Yes, it's for the top brace that goes from the steering column top mount and goes at an angle to those holes on the inside of the firewall. Thanks for the help guys. I appreciate it.
