Hey Fellas

I got two trucks with partial grills and bought a donor grill off ebay to fill in the missing pieces.

On the 1939 / 40 trucks theres like 16 V shaped bars that go down the front of the truck. I have 7 on one grill unit and 9 on another. My donor grill is to fill in the blanks.

Theres a chainsaw like side piece with notches for each grill to sit in on both sides (and one center support bracket) of the radiator support core running down - then the the side piece of the individual grill insert bends over as a tab and is spot welded on back.
Any suggestions on how to best seperate those bent tabs and spot welds without ruining the bars themselves

WoodysTrucks sells on ebay and lives near me in royal arkansas - he deals in these used truck parts full time. He said you take a screwdriver and start prying. Thats probably what I will end up doing - but who knows what other people tried and have had success with - just thought I would ask before diving in.
