| | | Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 3,458 Extreme Gabster | | Extreme Gabster Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 3,458 | I primed my bike tank tonight. It's looking pretty good, but I have a few spots I didn't sand flat enough on the filler. It's off a 1974 Honda CB750K4. The emblems fit over the holes on the side.

I used Martin Seniour 2k primer with a Taiwanese gravity feed HVLP gun with 1.5mm tip set at 50 psi.
I didn't bother to mask off the cap because I am replacing the gasket anyway. The inside is lined with POR-15 fuel tank sealer.

Especially a long thread to read each sentence and scroll side to side, forget it.
