Took a turn out of the driveway and the steering was super sloppy. The right front tire was at an angle. Towed to mechanics he says might not be able to find oversize King pins......the LH side was done five years ago and they found pins. Can anyone tell me who still has oversized King Pins. 3100-235-1954 orginal front axel. Thanks for your help!

Most looseness with the kingpins is caused by bushing and or spindle wear. Oversize kingpins are used for problems with the axle bore. It is very unusual to do the kingpin on only one side of the truck. Maybe your mechanic could give you a little better explanation of what he thinks it needs.

Justhorsenround is correct. This post needs to be in the driveline forum or general truck talk.

Without seeing photos....you got pics? I would guess that the bushings around the king pins are worn out or gone, or you've got a spindle problem as Fred has noted. Pics would REALLY help with diagnosis. Both king pins need to be replaced as a set, right and left. Suspension parts as a rule should be replaced in sets whether it is front or rear. Look at this as a job per axle.

Yep....messed up should be in drive line .....should put on my glasses...sorry about that. I don't have pictures because it was towed. I'll ask about doing both sides. I've never had to do kingpins. Where is a good place to buy them..Napa....Auto Zoned Out.....O'really....?
Thanks

Correct me if I'm wrong,"I usually am", Don't you have to remove the old ones first and measure ID before purchasing new ones?

I would say that you definitely should take the old ones apart first to check where the kingpin goes through the axle. If the kingpin is tight in the axle, you do not need over-sized kingpins. You will need standard sized kingpin kit. Most of the time you only really need the bushings, but they don't sell them without the kingpins.
You will need to check the bores in the spindle where the kingpin bushings go to make sure that the spindles aren't worn excessively. You can use your new bushings to see if they wobble in the spindle bores. If they wobble, you will need to find a spindle in better condition.
