Any thoughts or recommendations?

The only real advantage to aluminum is they are cheaper. The brass looks better, and cools better. The aluminum can withstand higher pressure, but in these vehicles that isn't an issue, the aluminum is also lighter, but here again, it isn't going to affect handling or fuel economy. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2000 Posts: 5,194 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2000 Posts: 5,194 | I found my aluminum one cools very good and holds more coolant, I guess the tubes are bigger then the rebuilt one I was using. Due to the engine and truck combination I am using, I have to custom fit the radiator, so being a almost direct fit didn't bother me.
