Stan | | | | | Joined: Oct 2012 Posts: 233 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2012 Posts: 233 | the bottom flat washer next to the nut is a regular washer with a round hole. the two fiber washers act as brakes to hold the window open at speed. you adjust that by tightening the nut
