We are slowly going thru (super slowly) going thru the old calendars and updating with truck pictures that have been submitted this year.

We need ooooooooonnnnnnnnnnneeeeeeeee more for the GMC truck calendar, to replace a 1966 truck that has been in there a few years.

Here are the specs for what we need. If you've got something that will fill the bill, send it along. Even if you don't have it right now, send it when you get a good shot. We'll edit the calendar.

Thanks,
Peg

Hey all, thanks for the response. We got a good response from this group. We will incorporate all the submissions into various calendars.

John has a few done. I still have to go back and fix the "look-see" page ... on the agenda for tomorrow.

Thanks all. Some nice-looking submissions!

Peg

hamilton, doug - 1962 Chevy C-10 1/2-ton

krogh, jon - 1966 GMC 1/2-ton

And these are the trucks that are currently in the Hoo-ya shoppe.

Did the General Truck two get cancelled? Is it an issue with Cafepress?

Joe, it is an issue with CafePress and we have been on hold three times last week - with no return pickup. I will try them again on Monday. For some odd reason, there is one truck image they will not "approve." We can't go in and take that one picture out (even WE don't have access to the calendar anymore ... which is very dumb). So, we have to start the G-2 from scratch. Which we can do. We were hoping to find out why in the world they would not approve the one truck. BECAUSE that truck (which is our truck) is in other calendars and stuff in the Hoo-ya shoppe ... strange.

On the upside -- we had some real good 60-66 truck submissions. So, hopefully with this really cold weather, we can turn up the heat back here and get working on them some more.

(Also a very nice and helpful comment - Jim Carter has sent us his contact infor for GM. The issue may have something to do with "trade dress" not quite the same as copyright. It's been a headache since last year. The ODSS calendar we had to do at York Color Labs because they would not allow any of those pictures - I doubt that one was GM but at the brewery we were at ... which they LOVED us being there.

Anyway ... is anything ever E A S Y ????

Stay tuned.
Peg
