Shoot me a PM or an email. Be aware that some of the bigger V6 crankshafts were precision-balanced to a specific piston/rod set, so swapping cranks without rebalancing could result in a pile of really expensive junk parts after a rebuild. I don't think the 305 is that critical.
My Federal-Mogul shop specifications book states that if the crankshaft is reground, the rod and main journals must be surface-hardened by the "Tuftriding" process or something similar.

Engine has sat for a long time but was sealed up including air cleaner. I'm sure he would sell the engine cheap because all he needed was the steering column for his 65 Chevy.PM me, if interested, and I can get contact info from him.
