I finally have my rear doors on my 37 panel close to being done .now I'm looking for door and window rubber seals. Looked at Steeles catalog and there sure proud of there products! While American is half the $.
I'll check around but would appreciate some advise on fit and durability.
What did you use?

These old bolts are in my blood. Hard thing is focusing on just one.

Steele has good reason to be proud of their products wink

you can always ask a vendor who makes the rubber they sell, some do re-sell Steele products for less than Steeles 'suggested retail price'

If you can afford it, go with Steele. I used LMC windshield and vent window rubber on my truck and the vent window rubber was cracked and falling out after SIX MONTHS of normal use. The windshield rubber was a terrible fit. I ordered new windshield rubber from Steele and it's a whole other animal. I'de like to replace all my cab rubber with Steele rubber.

You will get what you pay for. I went through two windshield seals on my '37 is a couple years, the Steele seal has been on for 13 years and still works as good as the day I put it on. The others hardened up or cracked, to the point the wind shield would not shut all the way or seal.

Go with Steele and you won't have to do it again.

Well I hate doing things twice and sometimes the least expensive ends up costing the most.
Steele it is.
Thanks for the advise.

Don't know about the others but I have used 3M weatherstrip adhesive for 30 plus years. Be sure to follow the directions to the letter.

We tried Dynatex on one side. Think we'll try 3M on the other for comparison.
