Johnnywaz212 'Bolter J Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 135 Weston, Connecticut	Hi as we head into the fall/winter here in the Northeast, I want to change my oil. What would be the recommended oil type for winter driving? The engine is the 283 V8. Any other winter recommendations I should do? Thanks john 1964 K10 Fleetside Pickup Truck

Especially important if you live in a humid climate. As for oil, I use Valvoline VR-1: https://www.stovebolt.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=1036547&page=1 In the Stovebolt Gallery ~~ "The Orange Crate" 1965 C10 SWB Step Side Build Thread Inspired to be different. Different in a way of my own, not in a way that others strive.
