Has anyone had any luck finding replacements or will I be building my own? I have a 46 2-ton Chevy.
Thanks,

Any cable shop can make new ones. What I learned: Aim for original spec inner. The shop made lighter ones, they operate under a lot of tension, mine are elastic, it doesnt help. Careful of the cast iron mount brackets on the backing plate and chassis, they are not strong and will split if you force them open too far. Which isnt very far at all. you will nedd to reuse the y- shaped threaded fittings for the pins at each end. Ths cable shop will have the threaded cable ends. Add rubber boots at each end to keep dirt out. and good luck.
