For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Oct 2014 Posts: 136 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2014 Posts: 136 | I am thinking about a chevy small block V8 and TH700R4 transmission for my 53 Chevy 3100.
What rear ends are recommended for this truck?
Gear ratio and also track width.
Please forgive if I am not asking this question correctly. I'm fairly familiar with motors and transmissions, but when it comes to the driveline and rear ends, I've never had the opportunity to work on or swap one.
Thank You Tim
