one of the oldest de-rusting things around.
also look for liquids with phosphoric acid [NOT pepsi! LOL] - one is called Oxy-Solv.
phosphoric acid is a body shop sort of metal prep that works quite well, but will damage some things like zinc coating and aluminum.
or try the derusting solutions in the 'Bolts tech-tips.
