Usual vendors do not carry and can't tell me what differences I am looking for. AND Should you have that info you might direct me to the shocks. Maybe the 2WD shocks are the same, but I suspect height of 4WD may lead to different shocks. Thanks for assist. They fit my 1965 GMC Longbed Factory 4X4. They fit perfectly. They sell the front or both rear,

Ended up using Rancho's as I could not find stock ones.

Might you have any idea why Chevy and GMC might be different or are they the same? | | | | Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 23 Wrench Fetcher | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 23 | Mine is factory system from handle to backing plates. I think it is the same as I have a 1966 K-10 Chevy Shortbed Stepside, just has shorter rear cables. Seems I just ordered them right off their list. I have the invoice and will list it tonite. The backing plate is Bendix so it is a standerd 2 bolt plate as it travels though to the E-arm inside the drum. Nice quality. | | | | Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 240 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 240 | The chevy is a Corp read end where the GMC usually are Dana 44's and parking brake for the Dana are almost impossible to find
