Hope someone can point me in the vendor or part number direction for replacement parking brake cables for 66, LWB, Step, 4X4. Usual vendors do not carry and can't tell me what differences I am looking for.
AND
Should you have that info you might direct me to the shocks. Maybe the 2WD shocks are the same, but I suspect height of 4WD may lead to different shocks.
Thanks for assist.

Interesting bits, but maybe not specific enough to the park brake cables. I will keep the press on.

I got my parking brake cables from " Inline Cable" or Inline Brake. They fit my 1965 GMC Longbed Factory 4X4. They fit perfectly. They sell the front or both rear,

Sorry it's " Inline Tube", then go to their parking park, forgot the measurement from back of drum to cross member of frame, either 42" or 65" I think;

Ended up using Rancho's as I could not find stock ones.

Might be a Tony Smith question, (456 Chevy trucks)

They are on my list to fabricate if I can't find a good existing product. Might you have any idea why Chevy and GMC might be different or are they the same?

Mine is factory system from handle to backing plates. I think it is the same as I have a 1966 K-10 Chevy Shortbed Stepside, just has shorter rear cables. Seems I just ordered them right off their list. I have the invoice and will list it tonite. The backing plate is Bendix so it is a standerd 2 bolt plate as it travels though to the E-arm inside the drum. Nice quality.
