Howdy;

I pulled the window regulators out of my 1950 3800 and on one of the regulators the pivot point (looks like home plate) is very stiff and will only turn about 45 degrees. The other regulator is very loose and will rotate a full 180.

My hunch is the firmer of the two is the way it should feel but looking for advice on how much play there should be and if it is difficult to rebuild that center pivot.
