Well, I lost my clutch a couple of weeks ago and had to change out the slave cylinder.......Lot's of rusty water came out of the old slave cylinder, makes me wonder about the brake lines and wheel cylinders!! Videos below, enjoy
Any time a guy buys one of these old trucks he needs to go through the brake & clutch hyd. systems. Also change all the lubes in the gear boxes & grease the chassis thouroly. Usually the clutch slave & master cyls can be o-hauled with new kits.

Hello Wrenchbender. Well, the old slave cylinder was so rusted inside, I decided to buy a new one instead of a rebuild and taking a chance of it not working. Working great now, I drove it today to the Oregon ATHS truck show which is about 2 hours from my house Thanks for commenting
Okay, made it to the Oregon ATHS truck show and back without any problems this past weekend (About 2 hours of driving each way). It was a good show this year with lot's of nice trucks! The new slave cylinder worked as it should and so did the brakes......
