My stepfather and I have a 63 GMC Panel that we used to travel in when I was a kid about 35 years ago. And we're into restoring it now. Really excited.
Struggling right now with inner fenders. Got some repros, but they just don't seem to fit right. Has anyone come across this? Or have a vendor they'd recommend? Trucks in Ct... I'm going to try a post in Parts as well.

The years on your truck have caused it to move an flex so it will not be perfect for even quality used parts.
And, repo parts just don't have the quality that you want to expect (it is what it is).
Bottom line get a 2x4 and pry or hit where you need to.
I got my inner fenders from Classic Parts. Overall they were pretty good but I still I had to grind metal and pry where necessary.
I also did not trust the metal from China so I had mine sandblasted and painted them with POR15. Then primer and paint.

They fit better, and putting vintage US made parts on your vintage truck will make you and the truck feel "right". And 99% of the time cheaper. If you have to ship a donor from some nice dry place to your house, same ship cost as a new one from vendor and, of course, a donor has no tax. Don't forget, the repops will have Ford and Dodge metal in them, can't have that
