My project it a 47 Chevy 5 window. When i picked it up it was just the cab. Came with front fenders, hood, grille, radiator support, doors, and glass. I found out later that it is a big bolt. So the plan is to put this over on s10 frame, v8 power, and thinking a satin black paint, with aluminium accents and minimal crome. When I lived in Cairo, we had a different description- - - -something about where to put in the tube if the world ever needed an enema!
The big bolt front sheet metal is a little wider than the 1/2-1 ton, which is a good thing if you're planning to run a real truck front suspension like a mid-1980's front crossmember and control arms. The wider fenders work better with the slightly wider track width.

I have since picked up a 50 g m c that I will be using the bed off of and few other odds and does. And i will close on a deal Monday on a 52 Chevy 3100 that has the correct front sheet metal and remaining parts. So, I will be posting quite a bit in the swap meet area.
