My 38-63 master parts book lists the same part number for auxiliary springs for 55-62 1-tons. Are there any other auxiliary/helper leaf springs that would fit? (without much modification)
Also, would anyone be able to email or post pictures of a 1-ton with the second set of rear springs? I'm curious how they mount, if they need another set of spring mounting brackets.

Probably going to look for a kit that has lower brackets that fit your axle tube diameter and then make your own upper brackets.
Mine came from a later P30 chassis motor home, happens to have 4" round axle tubes like the 1.5 and 2 ton AD trucks. | | |
