Was wondering if anyone has used the 47-48 under bed tank in a 40. Seems like it would work to me but I've never seen the 48-48 setup in person. This setup comes with all the brackets.

It won't fit. It's too wide for a 40.

BTW, if you use anything old make sure you have it boiled out. I ruined an engine running bad gas through it. If your gas comes out of the tank anything other than clear don't use it!

Ouch! I'll be sure to do that if I go used, but I am probably looking at new custom.
