I don't think they are the plow bolt I think they are more like the Flathead carriage bolt Either choice can be found online or McMaster-Carr as suggested before. I think that the Elevator bolts are close to original. Elevator Bolts closely matched the bolts used to hold the metal strip at the rear of my Suburban.
