can someone tell me whatgoes into the water pump outlet. is it a nipple then a hose thanks pic

One of the heater hoses attaches here with a clamp. I guess you'd put a pipe plug in it if you don't have a heater.

Yes, either a piper plug or a heater hose fitting goes there.

The size of the fitting is dependent upon the size of the water pump holes and the heater hoses/fittings (year and size of engine).

5/8" fitting
5/8" fitting
3/4" fitting

Most local parts stores should have them.

water works heater better if ya pump it up through heater core.im not sure but i think presure is from water punp side. all you need is pipe thread on one side and barb/hose on other end of fitting.good luck on you project
