I did remove the gauges to make it a little easier and it did turn out awesome !! My question is it's a little noisy I even installed rubber backed washers at the mounting points but it's still noisy.
Anyone else have this problem ?

Hmmm ... are any parts of it touching any other parts of the undersides of the dash? Maybe acting as a sound-amplifier?

I think it might be the wiper transmission arms from the motor to the wiper arms, they are kind of old and worn, Its not the motor and it's not hitting anything underneath, I did notice the wipers was hitting the windshield rubber seal pretty hard but I adjusted that and it isn't as noisy now but it's still a little.

The worn bushings and such will have to be repaired or replaced.
