My headlight fuse keeps poping fuses... why?
First I put on a relay (becuase I didnt have one), it stop popping them for a while, but like 3 week later they continued to pop. Also I know its not the relay because I replaced the the horn relay and it work the same.
Next, I stopped by a local auto parts store and they said that I have a to high of fuse in it (30) and we put in a 20 and it got me home (at night).
Two day later I turn them on agian at dusk and they popped yet agian, tried a 15 but still popped it.
I have a 12 volt system with what I think to be a painless wiring setup (done before I got the truck), the headlight switch (pull switch) is still on the dash though.
Someone mentioned to me that they had a simular problem in a camaro and they replace the headlight switch and it work fine, could this be it?
If not what could it be?

It could be your headlight switch, but my guess is that it's a wiring issue on the headlight side of the switch.
I'm not clear on how this is wired. If you have installed a headlight relay, the dash switch would only power the relay. What is the fuse protecting that keeps popping.
Without knowing how you have wired and fused your truck, I would suggest doing a wire search starting at each headlight as you travel back toward the relay or dimmer switch.
The problem appears to be intermittent, which points toward a pinched wire or flopping connection. Arm yourself with some fuses, and with the truck parked in the driveway, try to make it blow a fuse by wiggling and pulling wires in a methodical fashion...flush that gremlin out so to speak.
