I could really use an axle seal and gasket set for the front differential on my NAPCO truck. I saw one last year on ebay but didn't/couldn't buy it at the time. Does anyone have a source I could try??? She's leaking pretty good, appreciate your help.

Try the Jim Carter catalog, they have a NAPCO section. Also, I think this is the site that actually sells the NAPCO rebuild kits offered periodically on eBay: http://doonan.home.mindspring.com/ddautoparts.html.
I have bought a number of rebuild kits from them, they seem to be very nice. Just make sure you get the right year & sizing (1/2, 3/4 ton, etc.)

Which seals are you loking for? The axle shaft seal is CR14864. The wiper seals are availble from Jim Carter and Vintage Powerwagons. I had to make a few of mine. A good bearing shop should have most of them. Where are you located?

Try CarQuest, too. Anyone who carries wheel cylinders for a '39 American LaFrance fire truck can find ANYTHING.
