What is a good way to clean the inside of the horn assembly?
I cleaned the contact points last night and they blew like a freight train but was concerned about the light surface rust all around this area
and how to keep it from getting worse without damaging the coil and wires?
Also what kind of paint will work on the outside? As I think part of these horns is aluminum correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks

If it's just light surface rust you probably don't need to worry about it. I'm not an expert but under normal usage you shouldn't have a problem.

Focus, I just did mine the other day. Covering all volnerable parts, I cleaned by blasting gently with some old glassbeads. It came out wonderfully clean and after blowing with some pressure air, it works fine! The outside has been blasted with normal glassbeads and looks wonderfull now!
