55-59 gmc cab?? i am having a hard time finding
a better chevy cab as mine real bad shape. i did find
a stripped gmc cab someone had started years ago
that is in really good shape. but of course has the gmc dash. thanks

| | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | folks have replaced the TF dash, just a lot of work and needs a lot of care, the top mounting flange of the dash is the lip that mounts the windshield .... there's a pile of spot welds there that have to be carefully drilled out, and a bracket below that reinforces the dash where the steering column mounts that's welded to the firewall

about 1958 that had gauges in the dash think those would fit the 1/2 ton cab ???
