I am refurbing the instruments. Should the oil pressure be replaced to 60 psi and not 30? The temp gauges?

It reads zero when engine is off and is usually pegged at 30 when running. It drops a smidge below 30 when fully warmed up and idling. As long as it continues to do these things, I'm going to leave it.
