So I got the springs out of the rear of the bus. I found that the pins and shackles are worn. What is the best place to source replacements? I looked at Jim Carter and the shackles look nothing like mine. Pin kits look about right. Is there a Napa number that would be a direct replacement for them?

NAPA may have the parts or check with your local big truck spring shop.
