I'm deep into repairing my cab. ya I should have bought a better one but didn't. Anyway all I have left is roof pillars and top cowl panel hanging. I built a brace inside cab. I bought a replacement rear cab panel and I am confused as how to put it on. I used my air saw and cut right below the bulge line and I can see that the cab cross brace needs to come out. I cut all the spot wels inside cab along back but can't figure out how they did all the welding at ends. It looks like to get to it I'd have to take off rear panel on inside around windows? If not I was just going to cut up a couple inches at corner windows to get access to welds then just weld section back in. Has anyone every replaced this entire panel and can shed some light on it. Thanks you can also call me at 724-433-9015 Chris.

Without seeing pictures I would suggest a stop! The cab sounds like you have a lot removed and even braced this requires some planning. Panels are not going to weld in like they came out. The factory used a majority of spot welds on these cabs and they were constructed with ease of that in mind. You will have to determine the joints and areas to weld. The rear cab structure is difficult for full panels because of how it is constructed but I would advise not cutting any more until we can see pictures. There are some real good body and fender guys here that can help.

If you look on the Forum List page you will see one called the IT Short Bus (near the bottom) it has directions on options and how to post your pictures.
