Thank guys. Mike B the flames were drawn out with a pencil onto flat alloy panels then swaged in by hand with a bead roller

Mike swaging the flames was done by a friend of mine with a motorised bead roller with a foot controlled pedal to vary the speed of the rollers. I'm not sure how long it took him but he only charged me $260 to do all four panels.

Yes propane or LPG as we call it here is only .98c per Litre whereas 98 octane petrol is around $2.19 so It will be much cheaper to run and the bigblock just seems to start and run much better on it than the crap fuel they are selling at the pump these days
