Google "vintage radio restorations". A fellow by the name of Tony Cerason restores vintage radios and may have one to fit your truck. I didn't bookmark it but I found an outfit on line that will take your existing 6v AM radio and convert it to 6v sterio with CD player (two speakers max) but they wanted $800 to do it.
