Hey guys I'm kinda bummed out here because I bought this 57 3100 thinkin it had the original engine in it and it turns out to be I searched my engine casting number and it's a 1957 235 out of a passenger vehicle. How can I find out if the head matches the engine or maybe get a clearer idea whether or not it's a Franken-engine? Does this mean I have hydrolic lifters? My block is 3837004, engine stamped F7I5H (the "I" I am unclear whether it is a 1 or an I), the number stamped on the heads is B38 848 850 ( the 850 is directly under the 848), and also CON4 G107. Any help would be much appreciated guys. Thank you!
