I have a siphon blaster (bucket of sand). Nice unit with changeable nozzles and orfices'. Nice for small projects, but not for anything very large.
I later bought a pressure tank type, much nicer for larger things.
As Deve said adequate compressor size is the main thing, to small and your always waiting for it to catch up. I have a 2 stage U.S. Curtis, not sure what the cfm is on it. Probably around 34 cfm.
