CPP isn't known for stellar customer service.
Review Board @ 67-72 forum has numerous threads about their lack of customer service.
I bought my mounts and bushings for my used sway bar from
Early Classic Enterprises for my '65 C10 and I am very happy with the quality, etc..
Some jibber jabber I've collected about sway bars over the years... one of which is a link back to the 'bolt here somewhere:
sway bars I don't know if any of it applies to you 3/4 ton or not tho'. It's a place to start.
