My 49 Sub did not have one when I bought it. P.O must have removed it. I put one on from a boneyard. Made a big difference. I put a universal one on in the back from Summit. Panels and subs have such a high center of gravity that in any kind of crosswind they can get hard to handle when at speed. I would recommend at least one in the front on any 1/2 T and bigger.
