Song on vid was written by Bob Dylan in the 60s but left unfinished until a group call Ole Crow Medicine Show got with Dylan to finish the song in the late 80s Dylan didnt have lyrics and was recorded by OCMS with limited success over 1 million copies but little air play, Rucker picked up a copy of OCMS song and got permission to release it last year.
