NV4500 is a 5speed tranny.
205 is the bullet proof transfercase.
ideally a Chevy 1991 crewcab 1ton dually, would be a rare find with a NV4500/205.

after 91' Chevy went to the IFS & 4x4 dropped front driveline on the driverside. To get a passenger side drop you would need to built it out of pieces and machine both NV4500 & the 205 to go together. 4x4 NV4500 1991&up, With an advance adapter bellhousing because stock won't work for a passenger side drop. 205 transfercase round pattern off a t400 or sm465, 86'-91' with 32 spline, is a long shaft would need to be a shortshaft. and a few other things like smallheaded ford bolts for the bearing retainer and fab your own transfer case shifter and brackets.
