Its called "being moderated". This was started some time ago as a tool to keep out spammers and such. So, be patient and after 4 post you can enjoy ALL the benefits of being a Bolter.

By the way, there are several bolters here from different parts of Utah, SLC and others. You'll see them....or they'll find you.
...and go to the left bottom of this page for how to post pictures. Basically you "store" your pictures somewhere like photobucket/flikr and then you give/post a link here to them.
